Meet the Founders

Meet Ashley and Lindsay. We are two psychologists living in Alberta, Canada with a passion for working with those experiencing eating disorders, disordered eating and body image concerns. We value collaborative practice and both work from a weight-neutral and weight-inclusive framework. We incorporate Health At Every Size® (HAES®) and Intuitive Eating Principles into our practices.
